VodaElement™ Return & Refund Policy
At VodaElement, we craft everyday touchpoints designed to elevate your daily basin rituals. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and to honor our commitment to sustainable, carbon-minimal logistics, our return policy is strictly structured as follows. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. 30-Day Return Notice Period
We enforce a 30-day return notification window. You have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to contact us via email to request an authorized return or report an issue.
To be eligible for a return processing, your item must be strictly in the same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. Items that have been opened or come into contact with water/skin cannot be returned due to hygiene protocols.
2. Mandatory Return Authorization & Address Warning
Do not attempt to mail your package back to the address listed on your shipping label, our logistics partner's transit hubs, or any Asian manufacturing facilities.
Any packages sent back without a verified, trackable Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by our support team will be automatically rejected by the international postal sorting centers and destroyed. We are not responsible for refunds on unauthorized returns.
To request a return, you must first email support@vodaelement.com with your order number. If your return meets our strict criteria, our care team will manually provide you with the correct authorized return processing instructions.
Please note: Customers are fully responsible for all international return shipping fees, tracked postal costs, and any associated customs duties.
3. TDamages, Defects, and Wrong Items (Instant Resolution)
If the products you received arrive damaged, defective, or broken due to harsh transit handling, you do not need to ship the item back to us. We want to save your time and eliminate unnecessary carbon emissions.
Simply email support@vodaelement.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your Order Number (e.g., #VODA1001)
A clear photo or a short 5-second video showing the damaged product.
Once our quality team verifies the issue, we will immediately arrange a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you at zero extra cost, or issue a full store credit/refund.
4. Order Cancellations & Address Modifications
Because our automated fulfillment system instantly routes orders to our global artisan partners to ensure 10-15 business days delivery, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. Please double-check your shipping address and variant selection before completing checkout.
5. Refunds
Once an authorized return is received at our designated facility and passes our safety inspection, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed onto your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
