We currently ship orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–12 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $55.

For orders under $55, standard shipping rates may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

VodaElement is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vodaelement.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

However, once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is ultimately handled by the carrier.
